How to return or exchange

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our distribution center within 30 days of the delivery date with your purchase order!

Your return slip is your purchase email.

Please make sure to specify order number(s) on the return slip so we can ensure your paperwork is accurate. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.  We are happy to issue you a CREDIT NOTE in the form of a Doll House Bridesmaids Gift Card for use on a future purchase on www.dollhousebridesmaids.com .If you choose to make an exchange at one of our locations, you will receive a store credit to be used in-store. Please keep in mind that store credits issued in-store must be used on an in-store purchase and are not transferable to our online store, even if the original purchase was made online. 

Bridesmaid’s groups return policy

  • Place your order online by following the size chart or select a no size option if you require guidance to sizing choice
  • We recommend placing orders asap regardless of size so we can ensure fabrics and laces are available for you
  • We recommend purchasing all dresses for the bridal group at the same time so colours and fabric are same dye batch
  • Once your order is paced we will make contact with you to discuss sizes and required delivery dates
  • We will not accept a refund under any circumstance. We are happy to issue you a credit note, or an exchange for a product of equal or more value. 
  • We do not cover your shipping costs back to us

  • CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders for bridal parties CANNOT be returned for a credit note or exchange or refund. Custom orders include but are not limited to orders which involve: making a new style (not a base model from the website); custom color of a base model; changing the style of a base model. 

 

ONE OFF PURCHASES:

  • We DO NOT cover your shipping costs back to us, we do however offer an exchange
  • All online return inquires and requests must be done via email at info@dollhousebridesmaids.com ONLY. 
  • We are happy to accept for EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE ONLY, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is dispatched to us within 30 days of receipt by you
  • Please fill out the return form and follow prompts within 30 days of receipt. If you have misplaced the returns sheet please contact us at info@dollhousebridesmaids.com and we will be happy to assist you
  • Please note that purchases made online cannot be exchanged at any of our stores; they must be returned to the address specified on the returns slip
  • Please ensure you choose the colour of the item you are after carefully. Once the order is placed, we CANNOT make any changes to the colour. All colour choices are final. 
  • Dollhouse Bridesmaids DOES NOT cover any additional taxes that may be charged to the customer upon receiving the package
  • CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders  CANNOT be returned for a credit note or exchange or refund. Custom orders include but are not limited to orders which involve: making a new style (not a base model from the website); custom color of a base model; changing the style of a base model.

Exchanges for one off purchases

  • We do not cover your shipping costs back to us
  • We are happy to accept for exchange, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security ribbons and labels and that is dispatched to us within 30 days of receipt by you
  • Please fill out the return form and follow prompts within 30 days of receipt. If you have misplaced the returns sheet please contact us at info@dollhousebridesmaids.com and we will be happy to assist you.
  • You can exchange your item for another size or another item entirely of equal or more value.
  • Exchanges are shipped free of charge
  • All exchanges are based on stock availability
  • We offer one free exchange for every item
  • Exchanges take 10-15 working days to process NOT INCLUDING the delivery time to your area depending on stock availability
  • We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages.  Without proof of receipt and delivery, DHB will not issue return credit.    

 

Clearance items

  • Clearance items can only be returned for a credit note which can only be used in our online store.
  • Clearance items stock quantity is subject to change on a daily basis

Late returns

  • Your items should be sent back to us within 30 days of receipt by you. late returns cannot be accepted and may be returned to you.


Sale items

  • Sale items are eligible for normal exchange conditions
